A holiday at the beautiful Bohinj Lake will fill you with energy and at the same time deeply relax. The three-day active holiday includes popular sports activities, orientation in nature, yoga, reflexotherapy and other manual energy therapies. Get your body moving, immerse yourself and achieve the balance of body and mind.

What you can expect:
During our three-day gathering, you will learn about various techniques that affect our energetic and physical fluidity and relaxation. Through active practice, you will also try out some techniques, discuss them and learn some self-helping techniques. The relaxation techniques and activities that we will learn about are mainly adapted to work in a group. We will ask ourselves how and why it is necessary to breathe correctly. We will practice yoga in the morning with breathing exercises (two courses) and yoga in the afternoon (two courses), which is aimed at harmonizing and connecting our physical and energetic body, with elements of gentle stretching, strengthening of stabilizer muscles, breathing exercises and relaxation. We will walk and relax our senses in the beautiful nature around our camp. We will get to know the effects of 6 healing sounds and an inner smile, enjoy socializing and various activities in the evening. We will end the day with meditation under the stars.
If time permits, it will be possible to arrange a short individual relaxation technique already in Bohinj, otherwise later, when we finish and return home.

On the first day, you will gather at Koča Suha at 1 pm, where you will be staying. After getting to know each other, there will be a conversation about stress, how to recognize it and how to protect yourself. Breathing is an important element and indicator of our stressful state.  So, why don’t we learn how to use it? How can you do that? Our body behaves differently under stress, which causes tension to arise. How to achieve a  good posture can be learned while performing breathing exercises harmonized with movements that relax the cramped posture of the body. The conversation can also be about energies and different approaches that improve our energy fluidity, such as yoga, chi gong, energy medicine and others. Do you remember what concepts you are already familiar with in this regard? Do we know what chakras, meridians, or aura are? You will revise it and learn more about them. An excellent exercise for holistic body awareness is also a “brain gym” exercise that promotes general physical and mental vitality, awareness of our physical body in space and coordination of movement and instructions coming from the brain motor centres. One of the most stimulating workouts in this area is dancing. These exercises are fun and relaxing.
All days will be dedicated to getting to know yourselves and becoming aware of how you can help yourselves. In the next a little more social activity, you will be divided into groups. In the “escape room” game you will have fun and get to know the dynamics of the groups. The evening will end with relaxation with meditation. Each participant will receive a gift.

On Day 2, you will be enjoying the beauty of the surrounding places after the morning yoga and breathing exercises. After such an energetic wake-up, you will have breakfast.
Part of Bohinj Adventures is orientation in nature. Orientation challenges are always tackled in a group way so that each individual can contribute to the success of his group. Here, in addition to physical fitness, the importance of following instructions, the ability to think logically and the team spirit are shown. After orientation activities, the afternoon yoga follows to relax the muscles by stretching, and you will also learn about reflexotherapy and some self-help approaches. An excellent exercise for holistic body awareness is also “brain gym”, which promotes general physical and mental vitality, and improves awareness of your physical body in space and the connection of the left and right sides of the brain with your physical body. One of the most stimulating workouts in this area is dancing. These exercises are fun and relaxing. After dinner, you will socialize by playing games and various challenges.

On Sunday you will wake up again with morning yoga and breathing exercises.
After breakfast, you will slowly leave the rooms, which does not mean the end of your socializing. It will be followed by yoga and meditation in nature during the walk.
You will repeat and revise everything you have learned. We created short useful exercises which can help you improve your well-being every day, and connect with yourselves and your needs.
There will be time to talk and answer some questions.
Around noon, you will officially say goodbye leaving with your new knowledge and pleasant memories and we will wish you all the best.
