Please read the terms and conditions carefully.
Love2Move provides tour materials, briefing, and tour guiding in English. The use of other languages is not guaranteed.
Agreement
The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you »Costumer/the tour Participant« and Ivan Uršič Drolc s.p., Moškričeva ulica 40,1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, also known as Love2Move (hereinafter referred to as Love2Move or L2M) which the Costumers/tour Participants conclude as the tour operator either directly or via an agent. Nevertheless, terms and conditions mentioned separately in different travel offers take priority.
By submitting a booking form online, you accept all of the terms in this agreement and allow us to perform services on your behalf. All persons named in this booking ‘Costumers/tour Participants’ are subject to this agreement. By submitting your booking form online you affirm that you have made all other Costumers/tour Participants listed in the booking aware of these terms – regardless of how final payment is made – and that all Costumers/tour Participants accept these terms.
Booking information and payment conditions
Prices are listed in Euros (€). Prices are guaranteed independently of exchange rate variations.
You are required to pay a deposit of 25% of the cost of your chosen trip at the time of booking. This deposit secures a place on the tour. Spots on the guided tours are limited and reservations are made on a first come basis.
Balance payment is required 45 days before the tour starts without any additional request, unless specified otherwise in the tour’s description. If full payment is not received by the specified due date, Love2Move reserves the right to treat the reservation as cancelled and to charge a cancellation fee specified in these terms and conditions.
If your booking is made within 45 days of the departure date or less, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Prices quoted are valid per person and based on “double/ twin shared” accommodation. A supplement is to be charged for single room occupancy to solo travelers when they take a room alone.
Payment can be made: by credit or debit card (Mastercard / Eurocard, Visa or American
Express), PayPal or bank draft. Please note that additional cost apply when paying by credit or debit card or PayPal. The costs are currently 4% of the whole amount and due to change with changes in the PayPal policies without prior notice.
Acceptance of booking and final payments
Love2Move is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the participant due to the cancellation of the guided tour due to lack of participants. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations and car rentals. Situations beyond our control may arise which make it necessary for us to reschedule or cancel a tour, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, guides and other travel arrangements. We do not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience to the participant. Love2Move is not required to make refunds once the tour commences, regardless of the reason for the participant’s inability to complete his tour.
Cancellation & refund policy
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing, by email, and will take effect on the day we receive it. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt; therefore you are advised to also confirm all changes to us by email. Please ensure that you have received written confirmation of any changes to your booking prior to travel. Whilst we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.

No exception to this policy can be made for any reason. Taking out a trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
Love2Move is not required to make refunds once the tour commences, regardless of the reason for the participant’s inability to complete the tour.
Love2Move agents, representatives and guides are representing Love2Move, but are not parties to this contract, and are not responsible or liable for any failure to provide any service as may be described in our literature or pertaining to the contract.
A client is entitled to a refund if the cancellation is due to the following: sickness, accidental injury or death of the customer, the customer’s traveling companion, or an
immediate family member of the customer or traveling companion. The claim must be substantiated by a signed letter from a physician on their letterhead.
If you leave, or have to be removed from a trip for any reason after it has commenced we are not obliged to make any refunds for unused services. There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy, including for reasons related to weather, terrorism, civil strife, family or medical emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Love2Move may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternative departure date or receive a full refund.
In circumstances where cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable expenses and non-refundable deposit paid. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including, but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess, or non-refundable flights, train or bus tickets, etc.
We strongly advise you to purchase trip cancellation insurance as well as health and accident insurance.
Tour Prices and Price Changes
The tour prices stated on the website (and in literature) are based on shared accommodation (twin or double room). A Costumer/tour Participant travelling solo shall pay a single room supplement. If a booking of a Costumer/tour Participant travelling solo includes the request to share the twin room with another Costumer/tour Participant on the tour, Love2Move shall make an effort to find a suitable roommate for that person. In cases where this proves impossible, a single room supplement will be charged.
Prices quoted by Love2Move, its agents or publications are those in effect at the time of printing/publishing. On rare occasions, due to situations beyond Love2Move’s control, Love2Move reserves the right to change the tour prices at any time up to 30 days before the tour commences. Love2Move reserves the right to correct typographical and calculation errors at any time.
Minimum Number of Participants
To guarantee a departure for pre-scheduled dates (guided or self-guided tours) we normally require 4 paying Costumers/tour Participants. In case of fewer Costumers/tour Participants, Love2Move will offer a self-guided tour at modified price depending on the number of Costumers/tour Participants. If Costumers/tour Participants do not agree to take a self-guided tour, L2M will refund their deposit and payments in full, which will constitute the full settlement.
Love2Move is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the Costumers/tour Participants due to the cancellation of the guided tour due to lack of Costumers/tour Participants. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel
reservations and vehicle rentals.
Change of Participant
The person of the tour (Costumer/tour Participant) may only be changed with Love2Move’s agreement and if the substitute person complies with all the conditions for the participation in the tour. The person transferring and the substitute person shall jointly be responsible for the remuneration still outstanding as well as, if applicable, for the additional costs incurred by the transfer.
Tour Services
Love2Move is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour descriptions according to the local standards. Love2Move carefully selects and constantly monitors its contractors, such as hotels and restaurants.
Limitation of liability
Love2Move acts only as an intermediary for certain independent suppliers that provide lodging, meals, transportation, and other activities or goods and services connected with your tour (‘Supplier’ or ‘Suppliers’). You acknowledge that you are aware and clearly understand that these Suppliers are independent contractors, are not managed by Love2Move and are not agents or employees of Love2Move. A Supplier’s services are subject to the Supplier’s own terms and conditions and the local laws and regulations of the relevant country.
Love2Move will not provide any refund for a supplier’s delay, cancellation, overbooking, or strike.
Love2Move shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by the total or partial failure to carry out the contract if such failure is due to the theft of bicycles, or injury as a result of cycling or other activities either on- or off-road, and in particular, injuries as a result of either inadequately maintained and services personal equipment, or failure to wear the correct safety equipment, most notably cycle helmets.
Please let us know about any special dietary requirements. We notify all accommodation and food providers included in the tour about your dietary requirements in advance.
Please notify the relevant service providers about your dietary requirements in person as well, and make sure food and beverage comply with your requirements. Love2Move is not responsible for the content of the meals served or any consequences that might appear in connection with food and beverage on the tour.
Insurance
Love2Move wish to underline that participation on our tours is at the participants own risk. As organiser we do not take the responsibility for any economic consequences related to accidents/injuries that occur during the realisation of the guided tour.
Costumers/tour Participants from abroad are advised to take out a combined travel and accident insurance in their home countries, as such insurance is not included in booking.
It is also likely that such insurance also includes cancellation insurance.
Acceptance of risk and responsibilities as a Costumer/tour Participant
Costumers/tour Participants are obliged to read the tour description itinerary carefully and assess whether they are physically and mentally prepared to carry through tour participation without being a liability to themselves or others. This means to read and evaluate all relevant information described in the tour description on www.love2move.eu, including information linked to.
Should a participant be aware that her/his health condition is poor, she/he is obliged to consult a physician.
The participants are obliged to follow the instructions and decisions of the tour leader. Should the participant be inadequately prepared for the tour (physically/mentally or with poor equipment) or otherwise causing difficulties for the tour leader and/or the tour group, the leader has the authority to require that the participant quit the tour. The organiser is not responsible for any extra cost that this may lead to for the participant. In cases of grave violation to the above provisions, the participant can be made liable for any loss or extraordinary expenses affecting the organiser.
Costumers/tour Participants agree not to cause any damage to natural surroundings or third parties through their actions while riding their bicycles/e-bikes. Costumers/tour Participants agree to observe local traffic laws and practice safe group travel practices as explained by the tour guide.
The Costumer/tour Participant is liable for all personal and material damages he culpably causes and holds Love2Move harmless from all claims of parties in connection with such damages. Damages culpably caused by the Costumer/tour Participant shall in particular, but not exclusively, be damages which are due to driving errors, a lack of ability to drive and, respectively, improper driving behavior (e.g. non-compliance with safety distances, driving on motorways, walkways etc.) and driving in a condition impairing the fitness to drive.
The Costumer/tour Participant shall not be allowed to consume alcohol or take medicine or other substances which influence the ability to drive. In case of non-compliance, Love2Move reserves the right to revoke the contract and remove the participant’s rental bicycle/e-bike.
It is agreed and understood that Love2Move, its owners, agents and representatives on the tour are not the guardians of the Costumer/tour Participant’s safety and they cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with any activity in connection with the tour which might result in injury, death or other damage to the participant, his property, his family, or heirs. Love2Move is not responsible for any damage caused to third parties due to the participant’s activities during the tour. The liability of L2M is limited to a total of three times of the tour price irrespective of the title/claim.
The Costumer/tour Participant acknowledges that the nature of a trip is adventurous and participation involves a degree of personal risk. You will be visiting places where the
political, cultural and geographical attributes present dangers and physical challenges greater than those present in our daily lives. Love2Move use information from government foreign departments and reports from our own contacts in assessing whether the itinerary will work or not. However, it is also your own responsibility to acquaint yourself with all possible relevant travel information and the nature of your itinerary. You acknowledge that your decision to travel is made in light of consideration of this information and you accept that you assume the personal risks associated with such travel.
You also acknowledge and clearly understand that during the course of the trip certain risks and dangers may occur, including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in mountainous regions. You agree to assume all risks associated with the journey and agree that no liability will be attached to Love2Move or to any member of the tour group in respect of death, personal injury, illness or delay of the passenger, or for any loss of or damage to the property of the passenger during the course of the trip, howsoever caused. Love2Move reserves the right to decline, to accept, or to retain any person as a member of any party at any time.
Accident and Theft
In case of an accident or a theft of the rental bike the renter is obliged to notify the police and Love2Move without delay and follow their instructions. The renter shall secure all evidence (e.g., witnesses, track marks, etc.) and record personal data of those involved.
Bicycle/e-bike damage
The renter is liable for all the damage to the rented bicycle/e-bike, parts and accessories, that occur during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, theft or loss, damage due to an accident or operational damage, damage as the result of improper use and damage that reduces the value of the rented bike. The term “damage” is to exclude reasonable wear and tear. Minor blemishes of paint chips from gravel, stones, and insects are considered normal wear and tear. Damage of scratches caused by an accident, dropping a bike or riding a bike through bushes and off road is not considered normal wear and tear.
The renter is obliged to inform Love2Move without delay of any damage caused to the rented bike and to follow the Love2Move’s instructions for further actions. In case of damage to the rented bike, the renter is liable for repair costs, recovery, costs for experts, any reduction in technical and market value.
Weather Conditions
Love2Move makes an effort to schedule its tours at a time when the weather conditions in the respective tour regions are most favorable. Many tours pass through areas where weather conditions can change abruptly. Love2Move does not bear any responsibility for bad weather conditions which might occur; the participant is not entitled to a claim reimbursement for the tour.
Flexibility
The Costumer/tour Participant appreciate and acknowledge that the nature of this type of travel requires considerable flexibility and you should allow for alternatives. The itinerary provided for each trip is representative of the types of activities contemplated, but it is understood that the route, schedules, itineraries, amenities and mode of transport may be subject to alteration without prior notice due to local circumstances or events.
Change of itinerary
While Love2Move strives to operate all trips as described, we reserve the right to change the trip itinerary. Please refer to our website before departure for the most recent updates to your itinerary.
After departure: Love2Move reserves the right to change an itinerary after departure as a result of weather, local circumstances or events outside of our control. In such emergency circumstances the additional cost of any necessary itinerary alterations will be covered by Costumer/tour Participant.
Please note we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that may be incurred as a result of the change of itineraries such as visas, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.
In case of unforeseen events that require additional services not included in the tour price, the Costumer/tour Participant is responsible to cover the costs of such services. The payment must be completed before the tour ends, preferably on the spot. The costs of additional unforeseen services are calculated as follows: Transfer: 1 EUR per km; Assistant escort: 20 EUR per hour.
Situations and events beyond Love2Move‘s control (force majeure) may arise (e.g. road work, hotel closures, natural disasters or bad weather conditions, governmental orders, strikes, riots, war or war-like conditions, epidemics, etc.) which make it necessary for Love2Move to reschedule or cancel a tour, change itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, guides and other travel arrangements. Love2Move reserves the right to withdraw without prior notice any part or all of a tour or to make such changes as may be necessary, and the extra cost, if applicable, shall be paid by the customer.
Love2Move does not assume responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience to the participant.
Authority on tour
Our group trips are run by a Love2Move guide. The decision of the guide is final on all matters likely to affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a guide, or interfere with the well-being of the group, the guide may order you to leave the trip immediately, with no right of refund. In such a circumstance, where a traveler is removed from the trip, Love2Move accepts no responsibility for their transfer back to the tour end point or any costs incurred therein.
Any transport arranged for the traveler in question will be at the sole discretion of Love2Move.
Errors and omissions
Although we have made a concerted attempt to verify the accuracy of statements made in our trip documentation including brochure, website and trip brochure we cannot be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may occur.
Complaint procedure
If you have a complaint during your tour, the you shall notify your tour leader or Love2Move’s representative on the spot without delay so that they can attempt to remedy the situation. If the Customer/tour Participant does not comply with this obligation, no claims for damages due to a lack of service or a defectively provided service are possible.
Data Protection and Copyright
You agree that Love2Move may use, re-use and reproduce any images, photos, or videos that you send to Love2Move, or that are taken by our guides and/or other Costumers/tour Participants of you individually or in a group, in any medium, including but not limited to print, electronic media or internet, free of charge and without your right to inspection, for promoting and publicizing our travel products and services worldwide. The photographs and videos produced by representatives of Love2Move during the tour are the property of Love2Move under copyright law. Love2Move shall be entitled to use this material for marketing and advertising purposes, including the images in which the participants can be recognized, without incurring any costs for Love2Move owed to the participant.
Participants who submit their photographs to Love2Move agree to allow the use of their photographs by Love2Move for marketing and advertising purposes.
If you do not want us to use any images of you that are taken by us or other Costumers/Participants during the tour, you must inform us or your tour leader in writing at the start of the tour.
Miscellaneous
Love2Move recommends taking out an adequate travel, health and accident insurance policies as well as trip cancellation insurance.
Baggage entrusted to Love2Move for transport each day of the tour is done so at the participant’s own risk. Love2Move assumes no responsibility for theft, loss, damage or delay in delivering the baggage to tour participants. Baggage insurance is recommended.
It is recommended to the customer to not bring object of special value on the tours. It is further recommended to the customer to watch carefully over his or her personal belongings.
The customer is fully aware of the risks and dangers involved in the outdoor activities like hiking, cycling, swimming, white water rafting, rock climbing or any other activity potentially suggested as a activity on the tour and accepts full responsibility for participating in the activities.
Oral agreements with an agency of Love2Move, with Love2Move or with a tour guide of
Love2Move shall only be effective if they have been confirmed by Love2Move in writing. Tour guides shall not be entitled to undertake activities which diverge from the travel contract concluded with Love2Move. If individual provisions of these travel terms and conditions are legally invalid, this does not make the remaining provisions invalid.
Applicable Law
The contractual relationship of the customer with Love2Move shall be governed by Slovenian law.
The place of performance shall be the registered premises of Love2Move.
All disputes arising from this agreement will be solved by the Court of Law in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
